Raghava, played by Lawrence, is a poor young man, who makes a living by working as a cleaning boy in one of the city’s dance schools. He has an immense talent in dancing and is waiting for someone to recognize it.

Ganesh, played by Prabhudeva, and Anthony are two very well-known dancers. They also are good friends. In one of the dance competitions, Ganesh and Anthony end up competing with each other. Ganesh wins and gets selected to participate in an international contest. Anthony isn’t happy about it and arranges for an accident. In the accident, Ganesh loses his leg. He swears that he’d get someone else ready to participate on his behalf in the international competition. And, that’s when he ends up discovering Raghava.

The rest of the story is about how Ganesh trains Raghava and how the student saves the guru’s name.
