      Chukkalo Chandrudu          -Review

Cast- Siddharth, Sadha, Charmi, Saloni, ANR and others

Director- Shivakumar

Producer- Alexander Vallabha for Creative Comemrcials

Story-

Siddharth is Arjun, an NRI who grows up in Germany. He comes to India in search of a bride to get married to. Why? Well, because he promised his grandfather, played by ANR, that he’d marry an Indian girl. He gets in touch with his childhood friend, Puppy, played by Sunil, and starts searching for a bride. He has three girls in his mind- they were his close friends when they were kids. They don’t remember him now.

Arjun changes his name to Krishna and gets re-introduced to them all over again. The three girls had changed a lot too. One, Shravani, played by Sadha, is studying to become a doctor. She is from a middle-class family and is very quiet, almost meek. The second girl, Sandhya, played by Chaarmi, is a feminist. She is bold and outspoken. The third girl, Shalini Rao, played by Saloni, is a tennis player.

Arjun now has to make his mind up about whom he was going to get married to.

Sidharth, Sada
Siddharth has become an expert of sorts in playing the role of a NRI Telugu boy. And, the audience still is in love with him. The heroines have been selected very well too. Sadha, Chaarmi and Saloni look convincing in their roles. Sunil plays his part well. It’s a pleasure to see ANR and Waheeda Rehman on the screen again.

This is one film worth watching for its clean entertainment.
