Story

Do Gandhian philosophies continue to be relevant in present times? That’s the question that ‘Shankardada Zindabad’ tries to answer. The adorable Shankardada returns. This time, he has a new agenda. A chanced encounter with the spirit of Mahatma Gandhi brings about transformation in the gangster.

There is an additional motivation- the beautiful radio jockey whose father is a firm believer in Gandhian thoughts.

Whenever he is in a dilemma, Gandhi’s spirit communicates with him and clears his doubts.

Shrikanth is ATM. Pawan Kalyan makes a special appearance. There is a fabulous item number too.

This is Prabhudeva’s first film as a director with Chiranjeevi. Karishma Kotak, a Mumbai-based model, makes her debut in Telugu.

For a long time, there always were plenty of controversies surrounding the film. There was huge confusion about the heroine. Then, there were rumors that many wondered if the character hasn’t lost its charm. There were talks that attempts were on to bring Pawan Kalyan in as ATM. There were reports that Prabhudeva was too nervous to direct the Megastar!

Anyway, it is going to make its way to the theatres all over the world tomorrow!
