The actor, who usually takes 2 years to complete each big film, has finally decided that the pace is very slow and the risks are immense. His 'Bheema', the film that was in the making for more than two years, was the biggest example. He claims that he was approached by many filmmakers during this period but he had to refuse all those offers due to his commitment to this film.
The total cost of opportunities lost, he says, is close to Rs 10 Crores. Finally, when 'Bheema' did make its way to the theatres, the film flopped because there was honestly nothing new in the film and some even say that Prakashraj's role was equally strong that he sometimes overshadowed Vikram.
Vikram has now announced that he intends to do atleast 3 films a year. As soon as he completes his film with Shriya, he will begin working with director Selvaraghavan!
