Hollywood filmmakers are giving serious thought about reviving the Rambo series with a new film. This time around, they intend to bring in Rambo's successor, an Afghani young man. It was probably Hritik's excellent performance and well-built physique in 'Krrish' that had inspired the filmmakers to consider him for the role.
These days, Hritik is working in his new film based on the life of emperor Akbar with Aishwarya Rai as the heroine. The film should have already hit the theatres, but due to unforeseen delays, it now stands postponed.
Rumors are on that Hritik had been refusing offers in Hindi because he wants to keep his callsheets free for the Hollywood project when it materializes.
Everybody is convinced that Hritik would become more popular in the role of Rambo.
