Katrina was busy shooting for one of her new films in Goa.
By the time the shooting ended and she rushed back to the airport, the flight was gone. She immediately called up the Kingfisher authorities and informed them of her predicament. It really wouldn't be nice to conduct a match without the team's star attraction being absent.
So they immediately arranged for a special flight for Katrina. Needless to say, Kat is very impressed by Mallya's commitment to bringing his people to the action zone.
